Developers shall submit a "DIF Credit Request" or "DIF Reimbursement Request" in order to receive DIF Credit or DIF Reimbursement, for the construction and completion of DIF Program infrastructure included in the City's DIF Nexus Report. When an improvement is complete, Developer shall submit a request to the City with all supporting documentation to DIF@ontarioca.gov.
