Allocation meetings are held three times a year to finalize reservation requests that fall in the seasons listed below. Each organization requesting field space, concession facility and/or gymnasiums during any allocation period must send a qualified representative to the allocation meeting. Please call the Armstrong Community Center at (909) 395-2020 for meeting location and times.

Reservations Checklist
Application – Complete and submit an Athletic Field, Gymnasium, or Picnic Shelter Rental Application Form available at the Armstrong Community Center (1265 S. Palmetto Ave).
CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE (COI) – Submit. Please allow up to 10 days for processing the permit applications. During this time, staff will review the application and verify there are no programmatic, operational, or maintenance conflicts with the requested day and time. Staff will also determine the availability of a Field Attendant to work during the requested time.
Playing Field Rules & Regulations – Signed
Good Neighbor Guidelines – Signed
Liability Waiver- Signed
Once approved, an official Field Permit will be generated. All field rental and Field Attendant fees must be paid before a Field Permit will be issued to the applicant. The applicant must be an Ontario resident to receive resident rates. Proof of City of Ontario residency is required.

- Your field request is the standard form required to assign fields. We will review your application request with past requests to distribute field allocation.

- Applicant's signature is required for both guidelines and submitted with the Field Reservation Application.
In addition, Leagues must complete the following:
- League/Team specific “Return to Play” Guidelines (copy of guidelines must be submitted paperwork, and a copy must be kept at fields)
- Many leagues have submitted this program-specific protocol. For those who have not, this is also required to complete paperwork for the application process.
Field fees and/or “payment plan” for leagues with outstanding balances
For leagues/teams with previous outstanding balances, organizations will work with Recreation & Community Services staff to rectify any balances. This will be completed prior to the assignment of fields.
