INCIDENT: Shooting Suspect Arrested
Ontario, CA – On Saturday, November 18, 2023, at approximately 2:20 AM, Ontario Police Department
responded to a shooting in a parking lot adjacent to the 1000 block of North Milliken Avenue.
During an altercation the suspect shot the victim one time before fleeing the scene. The victim was
transported to a local hospital and is listed in stable condition.
The suspect was identified as 33-year-old Nicholas Harvey of Ontario. On Wednesday, November 22,
2023, Havey was taken into custody without incident by the Ontario Police Department in the city of
Calimesa. Harvey was later booked at West Valley Detention Center on the charge of PC 664- 187(A)
Attempt Murder.
