Ontario, CA – The Ontario, San Bernardino, and Riverside Police Departments have recently identified two suspects responsible for several unsolved rapes and sexual assaults in the Inland Empire. Our agencies have worked together to capture 42-year-old Kenneth Watson and 23-year-old Barnard Saddler, both of San Bernardino. Watson and Saddler are currently no longer a threat to the community as they are in custody.
In October of 2020, the Ontario Police Department investigated a sexual assault involving two male suspects in the area of Fourth Street and Cucamonga Avenue in the City of Ontario. During the investigation, our officers learned that a woman had been kidnapped, driven to a remote location, and was sexually assaulted by two suspects.
Thankfully, through various leads and DNA evidence, our detectives were able to identify Watson and Saddler as the persons responsible for this crime.
Completed cases have been forwarded to the San Bernardino and Riverside County District Attorney’s Offices.
