On Tuesday, October 3, 2017, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, the Ovitt Family Community Library Adult Services Department is hosting a Frankenstein Party Planning Workshop for Adults. In honor of the 200th anniversary of Mary Shelley’s classic novel and as part of this year’s Ontario Reads program, this fun, free workshop will offer participants the opportunity to make and taste Frankenstein-themed appetizers, desserts and beverages; and make and take Frankenstein party decorations. During the event, Barnes & Noble will be on-site with a selection of materials available to purchase. Supplies are limited for this event, so participation is first come, first served.
The Ovitt Family Community Library is located at 215 E. C Street in Ontario, next to City Hall. For more information about the Frankenstein Party Planning Workshop, please call the Ovitt Family Community Library at (909) 395-2205.
