The Ontario Fire Department received multiple 911 phone calls for an active fire to the rear of 549 W. Holt Boulevard at 8:40 PM on Sunday, April 3, 2016. The first arriving fire engine found a commercial building fully engulfed in fire and rapidly spreading to adjacent structures.
