The Ontario Museum of History & Art is excited to debut its new team of volunteer Gallery Guides for exhibits in the Fall of 2016. What is a Gallery Guide? Gallery Guides are friendly, engaging, trained volunteers that greet visitors, provide exhibit information, and have fun conversations about the artwork and artifacts in the Museum’s galleries. Gallery Guides are vital in forging bonds between the Museum and the community. Open to high school students and adults, this is the perfect volunteer position for individuals that are enthusiastic, enjoy working with people, and love sharing their passion for art, history, and culture. The time commitment is one to three Saturdays a month from 2 PM to 4 PM.
