Please submit your request at least 15 calendar days in advance and no more than 45 calendar days of the requested visit. This program only operates Mondays through Thursdays. A submitted request form does not guarantee it has been approved. Someone from the Ontario Fire Department will provide an update on your request via e-mail. This program is only available to City of Ontario residents.
