This submission is a REQUEST. Service dates are not guaranteed. You will receive an email requesting verification of the account BEFORE items can be scheduled.

If your account has exceeded the four free bulky item collections (per year) you are required to contact Customer Service at (909) 395-2050 to schedule additional bulky item pick-ups. The rate for an additional bulky item collection is $57.00 (up to 5 items).

Please note ONLY the account holder is authorized to schedule service requests and/or make changes to the account.

Pick ups are scheduled on your collection day only. Service requests for next business day have a cut off time of 3:00 pm.. An email confirmation will be sent to confirm your pick up.

 

Residential customers are allowed four Bulky Item Pickups per calendar year.

Each pick up can have up to 5 items.

We pick up furniture and appliances only, no bags or boxes of trash. NO car parts or construction material will be accepted. Only acceptable items will be picked up.
